Emirates Homes has decided to extend its business abroad and establish offices in highly potential markets that have shown a string interest in the Dubai property and investment market. We believe that these opportunities have not yet been explored in full due to the extensive market growth in Dubai itself. After careful market research we have decided to start our initiatives on the Dutch market by kicking off on the well established Miljonair Fair, which will take place from 11 to 15 December in the RAI Complex, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The Miljonair Fair is the world leading luxury fair and also exhibit in Shanghai, Moscow and Cannes. With 47,000 visitors in 2007 it is well expected to run over 50,000 visitors this year. Over 246 visitors will participate and the people that will attend this fair are the rich and famous, entrepreneurs, Ceo's, professional sport people, media and many others. There have been many applications to exhibit Real Estate, which has led the organization to grand only a limited number of participants in order to maintain a healthy balance.
